We’ll be entering into a 3 week assessment period starting Monday January 16th. 15 assessments will be sprinkled into our weekly programming, labeled as such in the Chalk-it Pro App.
R3 Challenge
The R3 Weight Loss Plan is an easy-to-follow lifestyle that allows you to eat foods you already enjoy without counting calories, grams, or ounces or keeping a journal.
