I was part of Metcon gym before it merged with UA, and all I ca say is hat the merge has been awesome. The coaches are great and the spae is super cool. Lots of nice equipment and class sizes aren’t too large. The workouts can be tough but they offer so many different levels of the workout that anybody can join in.
